Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications where applicable.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of Services offered by 456bb, Players are required to register a personal Account. Registration is subject to the eligibility requirements set out below. 456bb reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so for the duration of your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and for your personal entertainment — not on behalf of any third party.
• You hold only one Account on the 456bb Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 456bb or any of its affiliated game providers.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• All registration information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

456bb conducts identity and age verification (KYC) as part of its compliance obligations. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at its discretion, 456bb may require a Player to submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within three months), and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered under the same name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to Account closure. 456bb will not process withdrawals to payment instruments that differ from those used for deposits without satisfactory KYC completion.

2.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 456bb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 456bb immediately via the live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 456bb recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional protection.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

456bb supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 456bb does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 456bb accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

456bb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, BPL cricket specials, Eid bonus offers, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 18 and above only. 456bb reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses issued by 456bb is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total eligible wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20% toward the wagering requirement total.
• 456bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already in active progress for a Player will be honoured to the extent possible.
• Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between Accounts under any circumstances.

Game Rules & Fair Play

456bb provides access to games sourced from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters set by its respective provider and certified by independent testing laboratories. 456bb does not alter, modify, or interfere with the Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanics of any game on its platform.

5.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 456bb will make reasonable efforts to restore the Player's position to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not technically possible, 456bb will, at its discretion, either void the relevant round and refund the wager, or honour the result as recorded at the point of failure — whichever is more equitable. 456bb shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including server outages, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or third-party provider downtime.

5.2 Voided Bets & Sports Betting

In sports betting markets, 456bb reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered with an obvious pricing error, where the underlying event is subsequently cancelled or suspended, or where the integrity of the event is found to be compromised. Odds are offered in good faith; however, manifest errors in pricing will not be honoured. Players who identify a pricing error should notify 456bb before placing a bet rather than exploiting the discrepancy.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 456bb Platform, each Player accepts a set of obligations designed to protect the integrity of the gaming environment, the safety of other Players, and the legal and operational compliance of the Platform. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds held in the Account.

6.1 Prohibited Actions

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using forged documents during KYC, or misrepresenting your age, location, or legal eligibility to gamble.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the 456bb Platform under the same or different identities. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Automated Software: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or bypass security measures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live blackjack, or tournament events.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining the benefit of funds credited to your Account. 456bb will pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks through available legal remedies.
• Money Laundering: Using the 456bb Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 456bb reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 456bb Platform.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward 456bb staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either the Player or 456bb may close or suspend an Account. The circumstances and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the reasons for it.

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the 456bb support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 456bb will process the request within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements. 7.2 Closure or Suspension by 456bb

456bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Evidence that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the request of a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 after the 12-month inactivity period, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero.

Where an Account is closed by 456bb due to a confirmed Terms violation, any funds in the Account — including both real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Player violation (for example, where 456bb ceases to offer services in a particular market), the full real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

Limitation of Liability

456bb provides its Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 456bb takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and secure at all times, it does not make any warranty or representation — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game accessible through it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456bb's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 456bb shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses beyond the amounts staked.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 456bb's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

456bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects Players' rights or obligations — 456bb will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice before the change takes effect. Notice will be provided via a prominent notification displayed on the Platform upon login and, where possible, via the email address registered to the Player's Account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates required to comply with new legal requirements — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent amendment was made.

Your continued use of the 456bb Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Players who close their Accounts prior to an amendment taking effect will not be bound by the amended provisions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 456bb Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 456bb is committed to resolving disputes with Players in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact the 456bb support team directly via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

10.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days of first submission, the Player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". The formal dispute must include: a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, the specific remedy sought, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, game round IDs). 456bb will issue a final written decision on any formal dispute within 28 calendar days of receipt.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 456bb Platform, constitute the entire agreement between 456bb and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
